FOR IMMEDIATE RELEASE

Solon, OH – CartierWilson LLC, a leading manufacturer’s representative firm in performance plastics and accessories, proudly announces the retirement of Southwest Territory Manager Elliot Dworkin, effective September 1, 2025.

Elliot’s retirement marks the close of a remarkable chapter in performance plastics. His journey began in 1985 with a phone call to his uncle that opened the door to a lifelong career in the industry. Over the decades, Elliot held positions in distribution, manufacturing, fabrication, and machine shops—bringing a diverse lens to every conversation. His work took him across the globe, including roles supporting semiconductor fabs in Singapore, Malaysia, and Dresden. Over the last 10 years with CartierWilson, Elliot served the Southwest territory — including Texas, New Mexico, Arkansas, Louisiana, and Colorado — with integrity, consistency, and an unwavering commitment to his Principals and distribution partners.

Elliot was more than a sales leader. He was a natural conversationalist who led with empathy and listened to understand. His ability to connect with people across the table — whether in a boardroom or on the tradeshow floor — set a tone of trust that defined his territory. His legacy is felt not only through the business he built, but in the enduring partnerships and friendships he cultivated along the way.

“My career was so much fun that I never thought about retiring,” states Dworkin. “When I was working, I was thinking about golfing and fishing and when I was golfing and fishing I was thinking about working”.

"The Performance Plastics market won’t be the same without Elliot”, says Chris Corona, Principal. “His customers have always counted on him to be an advocate, and he always answered the phone with a smile. The energy Elliot brought to his career is something that we will all truly miss. We wish him all the best on a much deserved retirement”.

CartierWilson is also pleased to announce that Josh Delaney will step into the role of Southwest Territory Manager. Josh brings a fresh perspective and a collaborative spirit - continuing the tradition of service and partnership that Elliot exemplified.

Please join us in celebrating Elliot’s outstanding career and wishing him the very best in retirement. His presence will be missed, but his impact will be long remembered.
