Custom Die-Cutting Services
The process of die cutting plastic requires you to create a custom die in the requested shape. Then you can use it to cut the finished shaped item out of Coroplast®.
By sending your designs or asking the Coroplast® graphic design department to assist in creating them for you, their team can quote a die frame. Die cutting Coroplast® is usually less expensive than other methods used to cut corrugated plastic.
Dairy Applications
Finger Lakes Extrusion has the performance plastics that dairy farmers need. GLITEX® 218MS (milk tubing) is used to help draw the milk from the cow while our GLITEX® 300SS (vacuum tubing) creates the suction and air pressure that enables the milk to flow into the storage tank.
